The short-lived Google-Group for emailing has been deleted from our accounts.
The use of the emailing addresses from the GoogleSheet has been so much easier to use and maintain.
I thank everyone who has supported the Buckeye Santas through the pandemic and beyond! Your continuing prayers are requested for Stacia Cohaghan. Updates are posted on our Facebook page as we receive them, and let us remember ALL who have needs for our thoughts, prayers, and acts of kindness.
A special Thank You goes to Chaplain Bob Long for his memorial presentation, and to Doreen Farabaugh for her talents in creating and presenting the Memorial Ornaments she crafted.
Membership registration remains open until end of October. You should have received notification and the link to the Google Registration Form in your email as well. To date we have received 64 applications, so we are half way to getting all our members from last year registered.
We have added a few NEW Santas and enjoyed meeting several of them at Saturday's meeting.
Thank you to all who brought in their coffee contributions to the Red Cross.
This is our ongoing means of helping to support this much needed resource.
A nice lunch was provided for us all by the Lutheran Reformation Church families!
Photography information will be arriving in your E-mail inbox as soon as we get the info from the photographer.

We are exploring a major change for our website as a means of making it more meaningful, attractive to prospective Santas, and less expensive to maintain. Santa Dave Addis has agreed to take on the positions of Webmaster, Secretary and Jobs Coordinator. While Bryan and I have been trying to simplify the work-flow of all three positions through the addition and use of Google documents, those changes have seemingly been well received for the most part.
A couple of years ago, (it seems like forever!) Santa Ricky Woerner did a presentation on THE RED LETTER regarding being prepared for the inevitable transition to our next life. For all our newer members, and for our 'not so new' members, I am providing the link to Santa Tim Connaghan's refresher entitled "The Final Sleigh Ride" which is a great review now, rather than later, for you and your family.
HELP WANTED! WAGONS HO HO HO
If you can help us reach those children in dire need – those that otherwise would not have a Christmas – please connect with us. We’d love to partner with you to get our wagons and our meals to even more families than ever before! Our link Click here for WagonsHoHoHo INFO!
It seems that my email in-box is constantly inundated with notices/messages from the nationally recognized SANTA Organizations as they promote their own Big Business approach to being the best at EVERYTHING! Perhaps you have a similar reaction? I would love to add a section to our webpage with our reader's thoughts and wisdoms regarding YOUR Santa-ness! Anyone want to weigh-in on the Psychology of Santa? Since I have heard NOTHING from anyone regarding this effort, I will leave it for the new Webmaster to ponder.
1.) Santa RJ and Doreen donated a large Christmas tree, added lights and a few decorations and a Santa tree skirt to use at our meetings. It is on a platform that rolls out of the store room! Doreen gave out about 120 or more clear glass ornaments for people to decorate and bring to add to our tree decorations.
Or, you may bring an ornament of your own choosing!
2.) In order to minimize the possibilities that your email server might send
our important messages to your junk mail folder, we are now using a GoogleGroup address.
3.) Just below, our Family Group as gathered on Photo Day 2019.

4.) Here's a nice 'JeffHillVideo' production, courtesy of our own Buckeye Santa, John Miller,
and the Southwestern Ohio Symphonic Band's "Santa's Reindeer Team" Click Here
...the audio is a bit difficult, but worth the listen!

6.) Looking for some intriguing Santa-related stories? Our own Santa Pat Lense writes a weekly blog
and invites us all to stop by his website to experience 'what a website SHOULD be!' Click ME
