All Buckeye Santas (bcc'd in email distribution)
It was great seeing many of you at Castle Noel recently. Pictures will be included on our NEW website (same URL) once it is up and running in a month or so!
Our next Buckeye Santa meeting is Saturday, June 11 2022 and starts at 11.
Reformation Lutheran Church
1355 S Hamilton Rd, Columbus, OH 43227

As discussed at our April meeting, the good ole potlucks are returning. Please get with Cathi Rank to see how you can help...
Here's what we plan to discuss:
"Off-Season Santa Opportunities" (Christmas in July, Appearing with the Easter Bunny, etc.)
Also, President Bryan has asked that the proposed Guidelines that the board recently came up with be sent out prior to our June Meeting.
Rather than reading and reviewing the proposed document during the meeting, he would rather be able to ask if there are any questions and/or concerns, and then move forward with voting on it if possible.
Otherwise, we'll have to announce it in the June meeting and then do the discussion and voting in our July meeting. The following link should be copied and pasted into your browser:

P.S. We will still have a ZOOM option for folks who'd rather attend remotely and the zoom meeting info will be sent out closer to our meeting date.
Santacerely,
