(We moved the arrival time to 10:30 because if you pay before 10:45 AM you can get the cheaper breakfast rate, and you still have the options of eating breakfast, or eating lunch! Some of us may be inclined to eat both!) We look forward to seeing everyone and new guests are welcome.

Meeting called to order by President Mike Smith @12:00 noon, 65 Members present via sign in sheet with 4 guests in attendance. Current membership includes 68 complete with ALL forms turned in; 14 incomplete members with at least 1 form missing. Chaplain Bob Long gave prayer at start of meeting. Founding members were recognized, guests introduced, birthdays, anniversaries, and any additional prayer requests were addressed. Passed around Get Well card to sign for Ron Cattrell who has been in hospital.
Treasurer Report by Inky, Treasury contains $1001.79 plus current deposits.
New business included Motion by Richard Woerner, seconded by Rob Hale to add Webmaster and Chaplain positions as Appointed Board Member Positions. Discussion followed and motion carried. Guidelines will be amended to reflect changes.

Raffle 50/50 won by Ken Andrews $60.00 who then donated $30.00 back to treasury.
Additional raffle items won by Dennis Hollo, Sandy Andromeda, Debra Bobbitt and Louise Norris.
April 14 Meeting will begin at 10:30. The starting/gathering time for future Meetings will be at 10:30am
so that we can get the breakfast pricing which changes to higher lunchtime price at 11:00am.
May 12 meeting will be held at Castle Noel in Medina. Harvey Klooz from Castle Noel spoke to group.
June 9th Meeting will be held June 9th at Prairie Oaks Metro Parks, Click here 3225 Plain City-Georgesville Rd, West Jefferson OH 43162 ( it is off I-70 and Rt 142) with ample parking, no steps and roofed shelter house with bathrooms very close. We plan to have members bring dishes to share (sign up sheet available) and club will provide chicken. Also great time to bring gently worn Santa and Mrs Claus apparel no longer needed (or too small) to either sell, trade, swap, or barter.
July 14 Meeting will most likely be at The Golden Corral again. (Not yet confirmed)

An extra date (June 10)has been arranged for this class due to overwhelming requests! The two most entertaining Santas, Stephen Gillham and Leon McBryde, will be teaching techniques to elevate your performance as Santa Claus. In this workshop you will learn the techniques that have made them the most popular Santas in their markets. They will hold nothing back, and if you want to see your Santa business grow and have people calling you months before the season to book you, then this is the workshop for you!
